We are all born different, and each of us moves through our own cycles of life, health, recovery, and ability. These differences shape how we move, adapt, and respond. They influence how we see fitness and what we want from it, whether that's losing weight, building strength, or living healthier.

The foundation stays the same: your perspective matters, and your intention determines your intensity.

Letting your intention determine your intensity isn't about changing your workout based on how you feel. It's about understanding why you're doing it. Your intent can leave you fresh and rejuvenated, fatigued but stable, or tired yet victorious. That small part, your intent, keeps you from chasing exhaustion and allows you to adapt to exactly what you need.
